About the Role
Scape is a leading provider of student accommodation in Australia, offering a unique living experience and a safe environment to help students succeed. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Student Experience Coordinator (Events Coordinator) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a suite of events and experiences aimed at broadening minds, strengthening skills, and opening doors for our student residents.
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement events that enhance the student experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for events and experiences that align with Scape's vision.
Requirements
- Degree qualified and at least 2 years' experience in an event management role.
- Demonstrated affinity with students and young adults.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
- Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.
- Exceptional customer service, including conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- A focus on service and quality, with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize a range of tasks.
