Aftermarket Services Consultant Manager

Caterpillar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftermarket Services Consultant Manager to lead our team in the Asia Pacific Region. As a key member of our Resource Industries Aftermarket Services team, you will be responsible for providing dealers with mining specific product support marketing initiatives and solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Aftermarket Services Consultants to achieve annual business plans and growth targets.
- Develop and implement services growth agendas with selected dealers to drive parts and service sales.
- Collaborate with Aftermarket Services Reps and dealers to create targeted customer product plans and forecast requirements.
- Drive dealer parts and service sales by implementing monthly sales management meetings and managing the sales funnel.
- Ensure optimum use of Aftermarket Sales and Marketing Sales Variance to meet annual business plan and growth targets.
- Consolidate and report customer parts and service requirements and key customer insights to internal business partners.
- A university degree in Resources Industry, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Experience in Resources Industry sector covering Mining Equipment Products and Applications.
- Experience with dealer and customer facing roles, including people leadership.
- Excellent customer focus, communication, negotiation, influencing, and selling skills.
- Experience with business planning and sales forecasting, including assignments in parts and service sales, marketing, or support.
