Senior Leadership Position
We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead the Telstra account and drive growth across software, services, and strategic programs.
This is a senior client-facing role with responsibility for building trusted relationships, shaping strategy, and delivering results.
You will partner with senior stakeholders at Telstra to align business priorities with innovative solutions, ensuring long-term success for both organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Telstra account, driving revenue growth and expansion of services.
- Position the AI-powered network configuration and optimisation platform as a core enabler of Telstra's transformation.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships, influencing at C-suite and senior leadership levels.
- Develop and execute complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with global solutions and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide market insights to shape go-to-market strategy in Australia and beyond.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading large enterprise accounts in the telecoms sector (Telstra experience highly desirable).
- Deep understanding of telco network operations, OSS / BSS, or AI-driven automation solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and close at executive levels.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to exceed revenue targets and build long-term partnerships.
