We are a forward-thinking studio at the intersection of technology, creativity, and immersive experiences. We focus our attention on the Agricultural sector, and how we can use technology to help leave the planet better than we found it. We do this through providing core services in XR and AI development.
Our core services include Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality Production, 360 Video Production, Virtual Tours, Custom VR & AR Apps and Virtual Reality Workshops & Training. We have recently incorporated AI/ML into our products.
We work on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of XR (Extended Reality), combining technical innovation with big ideas. To help us deliver current projects and support ongoing work, we are looking to add a passionate and skilled individual to our team.

The Content and Marketing Coordinator supports our Project Managers in the day-to-day planning, tracking, and delivery of XR development projects. This role serves as a key liaison between creative, technical, and administrative teams, helping to ensure projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within scope. Working in a small studio environment, the role is hands-on and varied, often requiring the ability to juggle multiple priorities and pitch in across departments as needed.

Project Coordination & Support
- Assist the Project Manager/s with project scheduling, resourcing, and timeline tracking
- Maintain and update production trackers, task boards, and documentation (e.g., Notion, Canva, Toggl and GSuite)
- Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, and reviews
- Document and follow up on action items, deliverables, and dependencies
Communication & Team Liaison
- Facilitate smooth communication between creative, development, QA, and client teams
- Track feedback and approvals from internal stakeholders and external clients
- Prepare and distribute production meeting agendas, notes, and production updates
- Support asset management and version control processes
Administrative & Production Support
- Book meetings, reviews, and milestone check-ins
- Assist with onboarding external studios, freelancers and new staff (setting up accounts, sharing process docs, etc.)
- Mapping production schedules
- Monitor milestones and deadlines, flagging risks or delays early to the Project Manager
- Help with documentation of workflows, pipelines, or best practices
- Join the production team on the set when required
QA & Content Support (as needed)
- Assist with basic QA testing of XR content (e.g., checking builds for errors or inconsistencies)
- Track bug reports or user feedback for prioritisation
- Assist with publishing and licensing
- Assist with script development and interviewing talent
- Developing social and media content
- Contribute to ideation and exploration of new concepts in the XR space, balancing innovative thinking with practical execution.
Studio Operations (where applicable)
- Help maintain a productive and organised studio environment
- Order supplies, organise equipment, or book gear for shoots or testing
- Occasionally assist in client presentations or demo sessions
Essential:
- Previous experience in a coordinator, assistant producer, or admin role in a creative or technical environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Airtable, Jira, Google Workspace)
- Ability to update content in Canva and Figma
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
- Experience working in XR, games, animation, or e-learning production
- Understanding of production workflows or production pipelines
- Comfort with light technical tasks (file management, versioning, VR headset setup)
- Exposure to Unity, Unreal, or related tools (even at a basic level)
