Job Title

A Project Coordinator is needed to support the delivery of a new digital project for the Office for Early Childhood Development.

About The Role

This role will play a vital part in assisting the Project Director and the wider Digital Programs Team to deliver the project on time and meet the required standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and a high level of service throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, schedules, status reports and other materials to support effective delivery of the new digital project.
  • Monitor progress against scope, schedules and milestones and keep executives informed of any issues, risk or opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain positive partnerships and collaborative working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice and support project duties of a critical and technically complex nature.
  • Provide research and support to committees through effective coordination of meetings, agendas and other materials.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience and knowledge of contemporary and agile project management processes that support the delivery of digital initiatives. You will also require the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
