Digital Marketing Strategist Job

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-performing lifecycle marketing strategies. Your expertise will drive the design, optimization, and scaling of flows, campaigns, and list growth initiatives across email and SMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer-first strategies aligned with brand goals and performance targets.
  • Build, optimize, and scale high-converting, behaviour-driven flows and campaigns.
  • Employ advanced tactics such as segmentation, dynamic content, predictive targeting, and send-time optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to share knowledge and ensure strategies are understood and actionable.
  • Work with account managers, ad strategists, and designers to align email flows with broader ad campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 2 years in an agency environment or managing multiple brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including automations, integrations, list hygiene, deliverability, DNS, inbox placement, and warm-up logic.
  • Technical fluency in email and digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop clear, actionable strategies to improve results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
