Key Role: Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and effectively.

**Job Description:**

- Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship.

- Deliver high-quality services in accordance with contractual requirements.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and financial knowledge.

- Proven ability in working within an integrated services model delivering multiple services.

- Strong experience in relationship management with external clients and contractors.

- Demonstrated understanding of current technical legislation.

- Formal tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Business or similar discipline.
