We are seeking an accomplished Senior Energy Law Specialist to drive this mission forward. As a key figure in our legal department, you will play a pivotal role in advising on critical aspects of energy law, including compliance with the National Electricity Rules and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on complex energy contracts, including EPC, O&M, PPA, and project financing agreements
- Supporting project development, acquisitions, and joint ventures across solar, battery, and hybrid energy projects
Requirements:
- 7+ years PQE with extensive experience in electricity, energy projects, and renewables
- Coming out of private practice and/or INHExperience in drafting and negotiating project, infrastructure, or energy contracts
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
