Safety Business Partner

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting a culture of safety and well-being across our Southern Region operations. Reporting to the National Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for driving initiatives to improve workplace safety and providing guidance and support to our employees, contractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving safety and wellbeing
- Facilitate incident investigations, hazard identification, and risk assessments to prevent harm to individuals
- Support the business in change management activities and lead sites through their safety journey
- Promote awareness of safety initiatives and communications
You will be a strong influencer with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on safety and quality. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
