About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth and delivery of our education and public programs through effective customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, educators, and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer experience strategies to enhance visitor engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
  • Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated high level of internal and external customer focus, including effective team work and internal communications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to problem solve and resolve conflicts in a fair and constructive manner.
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or equivalent telephone and/or online based environment.
