Huntd Recruit is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the sales, leasing and property management of industrial & commercial real estate in South East Queensland.



Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales and leasing workflow.



Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits including a fantastic working environment, great office culture, and opportunities for career growth and development.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with company solicitors, settlement agents, customers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and administration.
  • Prepare minutes, Disclosure Statements, property reports and other relevant documentation to high standards.
  • Organise and collaborate with sales agents to ensure proactive and efficient completion of administration tasks.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, database management, and client communication.
  • Assist with the organisation of team and client meetings, auctions, and inspections.
  • Risk compliance - manage risks within the agency and with clients to maintain high standards.
  • Update and maintain CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Confidentially communicate with staff, clients, and other contacts to maintain professional relationships.
  • Assist with calls and emails to ensure timely and professional responses to client queries.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a property environment, preferably in sales administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
