Supporting Vulnerable Individuals

Our Homelessness Hub offers a comprehensive support program for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualised support to clients, identifying their strengths and needs, setting goals, and collaborating with other agencies to source appropriate supports.
This role requires a high level of casework experience, including holistic assessment and case planning. You must be able to work respectfully with diverse backgrounds and cultures, and possess strong communication and computer skills.

- Ability to work effectively in an interagency environment and collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with clients and colleagues
In addition to your technical skills, you must be able to contribute to our co-design process, innovating ways to improve our response to client needs.
Mandatory requirements include a valid Working with Children Check and an Australian Driver Licence.
