Child Safety Support Specialist

About the Role

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide high-quality, culturally sensitive child protection services. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with children, families, and service providers to support case plan objectives.
  • Providing individualized supports to children and families subject to tertiary child protection intervention.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to establish safety and support networks.
  • Offering casework advice and guidance on complex child protection matters.
  • Participating in team efforts to deliver family-centered support services.
Key Qualifications

  • Experience working in child protection or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
