Senior Academic Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Academic Services Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the academic unit, including coordinating projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the consistent interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have high-level project coordination skills and the ability to provide advice and solutions through logical, creative, and innovative thinking.
About the Clinical and Health Science Academic UnitThe Clinical and Health Science Academic Unit is one of seven Academic Units at the University of South Australia. We offer a wide range of degrees and conduct world-class research in the fields of nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, pharmaceutical science, medical sciences, laboratory medicine, and food and nutrition science. Our degrees are designed and delivered to meet the ever-evolving needs of industry, ensuring graduates are career ready and equipped with the skills to meet future demands.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the academic unit, including coordinating projects and ensuring the consistent interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
- Liaise with key industry and university stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the academic unit.
