About the Role

The University of South Australia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Services Professional to join our team. As a Senior Academic Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our online programs and courses.

You will work closely with our team to ensure the effective resolution of issues and consistent interpretation and application of our academic administration policies and procedures. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects and initiatives that support the delivery of our online programs and courses. You will be responsible for providing high-level advice and support to our team and stakeholders, and for contributing to the development of our academic administration policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our online programs and courses
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the effective resolution of issues and consistent interpretation and application of our academic administration policies and procedures

  • Contribute to the development of our academic administration policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated previous experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex organization
  • Highly developed research and analytical skills and experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Highly developed organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines
  • Previous experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • High-level interpersonal skills
