About the Role
The University of South Australia is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Academic Services Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating key projects, liaising with stakeholders, and providing guidance and advice to support the delivery of our programs and research activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate key projects and initiatives to support the delivery of our programs and research activities
- Liaise with stakeholders, including internal and external partners, to resolve issues and provide guidance and advice
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data collation and interpretation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery of our programs and research activities
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong ability to provide advice and solutions through logical, creative, and innovative thinking. You will also have high-level project coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex organisation
- Highly developed research and analytical skills
- Highly developed organisational skills
- High level verbal and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in writing briefings and/or reports
- Experience in the higher education sector (desirable)
- Experience in the coordination of events (desirable)
