Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Corps and Community Service Leader, where you will oversee all ministry and community activities at Singleton.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of spiritual development of members in line with our faith statements and theology.
  • Management of Sunday services, small groups, and other community activities.
  • Delivery of tailored community programs to meet the needs and demographics of the area.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures for employees and volunteers.
  • Leadership of the local appeal campaign and other fundraising activities.

This is a permanent part-time role, 30 hours per week, located in Singleton.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in a leadership role highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills, emphasizing volunteer and community engagement.
  • Commitment to the Christian faith and mission, with ability to offer pastoral assistance and prayer.
  • Self-motivated individual with high initiative and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A NSW WWCC and willingness to undergo a National Police Check required.
