The primary objective of this position is to oversee all inventory control processes, ensuring operational efficiency and best practice implementation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best practice inventory management processes and controls
  • Ensure timely and accurate stock movements in accordance with schedules and resolve inventory-related issues efficiently

  • Verify and maintain correct ERP stock levels, working closely with the wider team to resolve discrepancies as required
  • Exercise physical control and governance over raw materials and finished goods, adhering to established standards and protocols
  • Identify and troubleshoot root-cause issues to prevent recurrence
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration, drive alignment, and ensure understanding of business requirements and operational challenges

A successful candidate for this role will be a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in inventory management, capable of aligning our inventory processes with the dynamic needs of our production operations.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as an inventory manager, preferably in a food manufacturing or agricultural environment
  • Exceptional inventory management skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to partner effectively across all functional areas, fostering collaboration and driving business results
  • ERP and production system expertise, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements
