Job Description

As an Aboriginal Health Manager, Specialist Palliative Care, you will be responsible for leading our palliative care team to deliver high-quality care to our community.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the palliative care team to deliver high-quality care to our community
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and training to staff on cultural safety and palliative care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as nursing or health management
  • Extensive experience in palliative care and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
