In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be working closely with our team to provide direct care and intensive nursing support services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in chronic disease management, medication management, palliative care, stoma care, wound management, and diabetes management. You will also have a strong understanding of community nursing and primary health care principles.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and is able to work independently or as part of a team. If you are self-motivated and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
