Job Opportunity

The primary role of this position is to facilitate a high-performing team environment where continuous improvement and problem-solving thrive. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with the team to lead them towards achieving their goals by applying Agile/Scrum practices and values.

A successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to foster an open-door culture where team members feel empowered to share concerns without fear of retribution. They will be adept at articulating, radiating, and actively removing impediments, thereby enabling the team to deliver value to clients.

To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of software development processes and procedures, as well as familiarity with common Agile practices and enhanced development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Guide the team in adopting Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
  • Help the team establish a sustainable pace of continuous improvement.
  • Build trust and confidence within the team through servant leadership.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
