About the Opportunity

This role will support the Australian operations by partnering with senior leaders and employees to drive engagement, performance, and organisational success. You'll play a strategic and hands-on role across HR initiatives including Employee Relations, performance, leadership development, workforce planning, culture, and change.

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial goals.
  • Provide coaching and ER advice to managers and teams.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives.
  • Support Organisational Development, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Analyse and present people data and insights.
  • Contribute to key HR programs, policies, and compliance.
  • Oversee elements of talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Champion employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
