HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR Generalist roles and the ability to partner with business units to drive initiatives.

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on HR matters, collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives, and support line managers with performance management and employee conduct concerns.

  • Manage and partner with business units to deliver HR solutions.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the employee life-cycle.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to drive benefits harmonisation, employee engagement action plans, policy integration, and more.
Ideal Candidate
  • Significant HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment such as financial services.
  • Excellent communication and partnering skills.
