About the Role:

You will be working with a variety of stakeholders including customers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer financial data to establish onboarding workflows for a clean and accurate financial baseline
  • Review prospective customer files to identify tailored workflows
  • Presentation of findings to Account Executives to support financial health checks
  • Assess current workflows to ensure alignment with evolving customer needs
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend workflow adjustments

Required Skills and Qualifications:
