This is a challenging opening for an experienced bookkeeper with a keen eye for detail to work as a Financial Accuracy Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality financial standards for our clients.
The Role- Review and validate financial work completed by experts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices.
- Ensure exceptional client outcomes by maintaining high service standards and low error rates.
- Track and resolve quality issues while keeping client information accurate and up-to-date.
- Embed quality checks into workflows to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Identify and implement best-practice processes for financial workflows.
- Continuously optimise workflows to reduce inefficiencies and improve client outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to enhance automation in financial workflows.
- Contribute to Product Backlog Refinement (PBR) by turning process insights into product enhancements.
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and payroll, with a strong focus on quality control and accuracy.
- Professional qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field.
- BAS Agent registration is highly desirable.
- Expert knowledge of Xero, with experience in additional platforms being advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to review and quality-control financial work, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
