Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Product Manager to spearhead the development and continuous improvement of our invoicing & payments capabilities. This critical area of our platform enables seamless project, payment, and cash flow management for designers and suppliers.

The successful candidate will define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for Invoicing & Payments that aligns with our broader product roadmap, company goals, and customer needs. They will lead cross-functional teams to scope, prioritise, and deliver high-quality features on time.

Engagement with designers and suppliers is essential to uncover pain points, validate ideas, and gather continuous feedback. Establishing KPIs to track adoption, satisfaction, and revenue impact, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly is crucial.

The role requires collaboration with Design to ensure solutions are elegant, intuitive, and meet the high expectations of a professional design audience. Smooth onboarding, support, and compliance with regulations are key considerations.

Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and reduce friction is a major focus. A strong track record of shipping customer-centric products in cross-functional teams is expected.

A background in applying AI to workflow automation and knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in payments are desirable bonuses.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company.
  • 2+ years exposure to Stripe or similar payment platforms and invoicing workflows.
  • Experience owning the product development of invoicing, payments, and related financial workflows.
  • Strong track record of shipping customer-centric products in cross-functional teams.
