**Job Overview**

Visy is a leader in sustainable packaging and paper solutions, seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to drive plant efficiency and minimise downtime at our Pulp & Paper mill in Reservoir, Victoria.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled engineer to lead best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safe and efficient execution of mechanical maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will maximise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through optimised equipment reliability, coordinate plant shutdowns, and collaborate with internal teams and contractors to meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive preventative maintenance and lead excellence in maintenance practices, conducting Root Cause Analysis.Maximise OEE through optimised equipment reliability, minimising downtime and improving productivity.Coordinate plant shutdowns, ensuring safe and efficient execution, and collaborating with internal teams and contractors.Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to meet safety standards, enhance maintenance practice, and procedures using preventative and predictive tools.Manage external suppliers engaged in mechanical maintenance services or product supply.Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting supporting Production and Mechanical trades.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years' experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the Pulp & Paper industry. A hands-on approach with strong analytical skills, CMMS, and project experience are highly regarded.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. The salary includes a base salary and additional benefits such as superannuation and paid time off.
