We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to play a key role in our Talent Acquisition function.
The successful candidate will work within our established HR team in a dynamic environment, supporting all aspects of the talent lifecycle including workforce planning, talent acquisition, organisational development, engagement and retention, training, and recruitment events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting all aspects of our recruitment processes and procedures
- Coordinate and attend recruitment meetings
- Represent us at industry-related functions and networking events
- Coordinate with our marketing team to support employer branding initiatives
- General HR operational/administrative support as needed
- Posting advertisements across multiple job boards weekly and owning this consistent brand presence, aligned with our current hiring needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role (either internally or within an agency setting considered)
- Proven proactive sourcing skills via headhunting, LinkedIn etc.
- Exceptional client service focus, client relationship management and influencing skills
- Strong communication skills and experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience dealing with ambiguity and adapting to changing circumstances
- Exposure to the mining sector will be highly desirable, though not essential
