Key Recruitment Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to play a key role in our Talent Acquisition function.

The successful candidate will work within our established HR team in a dynamic environment, supporting all aspects of the talent lifecycle including workforce planning, talent acquisition, organisational development, engagement and retention, training, and recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all aspects of our recruitment processes and procedures
  • Coordinate and attend recruitment meetings
  • Represent us at industry-related functions and networking events
  • Coordinate with our marketing team to support employer branding initiatives
  • General HR operational/administrative support as needed
  • Posting advertisements across multiple job boards weekly and owning this consistent brand presence, aligned with our current hiring needs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role (either internally or within an agency setting considered)
  • Proven proactive sourcing skills via headhunting, LinkedIn etc.
  • Exceptional client service focus, client relationship management and influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills and experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Exposure to the mining sector will be highly desirable, though not essential
