Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition, Communications and People Expert to lead our hiring campaigns, employer brand initiatives and people strategies. This role will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans, attracting top talent and delivering inclusive hiring experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition, Communications and People Expert. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure talent requirements are fulfilled and managing employee transitions.

You will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.

About You
  • You will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an internal communications role.
  • You will have experience with diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives, tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Commerce or related field, and experience working in the Coal Mining sector.
  • You will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
