Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in driving the recruitment function and ensuring efficiencies and performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy, including attraction and sourcing strategies.
  • Working with senior leadership to promote the employer brand and Green Leaves Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Collaborating with the Operations team to understand legislative and business process changes.
  • Managing, mentoring, and guiding the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or other related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years prior experience in a recruitment role.
  • Knowledge of industrial and employee relations law relating to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Proven experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment marketing tools.
