We seek a seasoned Business Development Professional to bridge the gap between our operations and valued clients. This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and forging strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
  • Develop long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and convert leads into loyal customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely and accurate deliveries
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales
  • Adhere to SLAs and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or B2B sales (fuel or transportation industry background advantageous)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license
