Clinical Excellence Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Excellence Leader to spearhead our team with purpose and drive quality care in a values-driven aged care organisation.

The Opportunity:

  • The Clinical Excellence Leader will play a critical leadership role in delivering clinical and operational excellence. Reporting to the Facility Manager, this role is responsible for:
  • Planning, assigning, and overseeing staff duties and resident care delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Providing strong leadership and mentoring within a resident-focused environment.
  • Managing human, material, and financial resources efficiently.
  • Supporting a positive team culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Leading and contributing to continuous improvement and accreditation processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential aged care.
  • Proven nursing management experience.
  • Sound clinical knowledge aligned with contemporary best practices.
  • Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and funding instruments.

Desirable:

  • Experience with accreditation and quality processes.
  • Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Completion of Infection Control Training.
  • Availability to flex into full-time hours as required.
