About the RoleOur ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA. They will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential aged care, with proven nursing management skills and sound clinical knowledge aligned with contemporary best practices.
Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing staff duties and resident care delivery, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures, and providing strong leadership and mentoring within a resident-focused environment.
The successful candidate will also be experienced in managing human, material, and financial resources efficiently, supporting a positive team culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, and leading continuous improvement and accreditation processes.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA
