Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA. They will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential aged care, with proven nursing management skills and sound clinical knowledge aligned with contemporary best practices.

Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing staff duties and resident care delivery, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures, and providing strong leadership and mentoring within a resident-focused environment.

Requirements
