Event Coordinator Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of various events, including celebrity meet-and-greets, fashion runway shows, launch parties, and in-store product activations. The objective is to strategically plan impactful events that enhance the brand's image, increase foot traffic, generate on-brand content, engage consumers, and highlight key product narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed run sheets, guest lists, floor plans, and operational materials for events.
  • Negotiate vendors, manage communication, and ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Provide on-the-ground logistics for seamless coordination during events.
  • Conceptualize, pitch, and execute impactful event opportunities aligned with the brand vision and marketing calendar.
  • Update and maintain the events calendar, incorporating industry and cultural events.
  • Regularly report event progress to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track expenses to stay within set budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for content creation, data capture, storytelling, and driving traffic within each event.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Prior experience in project management.
  • Advantageous to possess existing contacts and relationships within the industry.
  • Beneficial to have a solid understanding of streetwear culture and the retail industry.
