This role involves managing the development, logistics and delivery of captivating content for in-person and virtual events across diverse markets.

The Event Content Manager will oversee the planning and execution of event programs, ensuring all content remains relevant, creative and aligned with business objectives.

A typical day for this role includes:

  • Content strategy and management: Source, manage and organise high-quality event content from internal teams and external networks.
  • Event content development: Lead the design and delivery of compelling content programs for live events. Co-develop agendas, coordinate speakers and support content promotion and execution.
  • End-to-end event logistics: Manage end-to-end logistics for in-person events, including bookings, travel and conference coordination.
  • SME engagement: Support the build and manage a network of internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Virtual events: Oversee the planning, production and promotion of virtual events, ensuring content is aligned with business goals and engages target audiences.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Events, Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in content management, event marketing or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing content for live and virtual events.
  • Skilled in developing engaging event content and aligning with business goals.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like Asana or SharePoint.
