Job Summary:
Marketing Coordinator and Events PlannerWe are seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator and Events Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating internal business conferences, negotiating venue, accommodation, and catering.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support the company's goals.
- Liaise with the sales team to analyze campaign performance and assist with new marketing collateral creation.
- Maintain marketing inventory, tracking movement of materials and updating digital collateral libraries.
- Reconcile business expenses and submit on a timely basis.
- Provide general administrative and executive assistance as required.
- Assist with hospital agreements preparation and maintenance of records alongside the Finance Team.
- Courier marketing/training material to hospitals when requested.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Business/Marketing or Events Management degree or diploma.
- 1-2+ years in a similar support role.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, resolving issues and achieving objectives.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other business software programs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
