Job Title:

Financial Planning and Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our marketing and solutions teams. This is a 12-month contract role based in our North Sydney office with hybrid working.

As Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Specialist, you will:

  • Partner with our marketing team to oversee advertising and promotional spend
  • Support business case scenarios and brand planning for new product pipelines and activations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and balance sheet reconciliations related to the marketing budget
  • Provide disciplined financial recommendations regarding marketing strategy
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders locally and globally to ensure accurate cost control
  • Drive efficiency through process improvements
  • Cover certain assigned month-end tasks
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis

For success in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or finance
  • A CPA or CA qualification or working towards it
  • Experience working with SAP or similar systems
  • Sound experience working across various departments and/or with global stakeholders
