**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Professional to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. Working closely with senior leadership, this role involves producing valuable insights and financial information to inform strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with property service and sales leadership teams to support periodic forecasting and budgeting, ad-hoc analysis, and business case development
- Conducting end-of-month financial reviews and presenting key variances and insights
- Preparing monthly management reports and presenting to the wider leadership team
- Analyzing current market trends and sharing actionable insights
- Partnering with operations and sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and profitability

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling best practices
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
- Experience using TM1/Planning & Analytics and Power BI software
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of partnering with executive-level stakeholders
