
Executive Venue Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handling escalated customer queries and complaints with diplomacy and tact, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Oversight of the appearance and performance of all staff and facilities to ensure a high standard is maintained at all times to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Delivering professional customer service to maintain and retain members, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering long-term relationships with valued customers.
- Evaluation of incidents and injuries promptly, following proper procedures, and assistance in conducting investigations as necessary to maintain safety and security within the venue.
- Leading by example, proactive communication and reinforcement of operational requirements, taking appropriate action when breaches occur.
- Providing first aid to staff and customers as needed.
- Acting as the Chief Warden and RSA Marshall for the Club.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
- A proven ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
- Demonstrated sound judgement and accurate decision making ability.
- Current RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG certifications.
- Valid First Aid, CPR and Advanced Resuscitation Certificates.
- Relevant Diploma / Degree qualifications (desirable).
- Flexibility to work a roster with various shifts.
