We're on the hunt for an Engagement & Sponsorship Manager to lead event experiences, sponsorship strategy and community engagement initiatives. You'll drive high-impact events, sponsorships, and campus activations across the country.
- Lead a national team to design and deliver standout experiences from expos to digital-first events and strategic sponsorships.
- Collaborate with marketers, educators, and senior leaders to bring ideas to life across Australia.
You'll be responsible for delivering unforgettable experiences, owning key partnerships, amplifying our message, inspiring and leading your team, and tracking the impact of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute event strategies to engage target audiences
- Create compelling experiences that meet business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
