**Event Management**

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team and support the State Manager in the development and delivery of a wide range of events, including chapter events, sponsor events, local CPD initiatives, national conferences, and award events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the State Manager in developing an annual calendar of events, identifying topics and presenters, and delivering impactful and well-received events for members.
- Lead sponsor events, ensuring maximum exposure for sponsors.
- Deliver local CPD initiatives in partnership with the National Education Team.
- Support the development and delivery of national conferences and other Chapter and national initiatives where required.
- Manage the staging of Award events, providing logístical support, managing volunteers, and liaising with various event stakeholders.
- Provide marketing and communications support to deliver successful Awards programs.
- Operate within financial parameters to ensure the commercial success of programs and deliver a profit back to the Institute for each event held.
- Support relationships with organizations sponsoring categories in the Awards program and liaise with the National Partnerships Team and Head of Partnerships NSW where required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in events/project coordination, preferably in a peak body or membership association.
- Experience in event management, project delivery, administration, membership services, or project delivery.
- Experience working with corporate sponsors through all stages of the sponsorship lifecycle.
- Experience delivering education/training and/or member programs.
- Experience working with financial management and project budgets.
