About the Reservations Role

As a reservations agent, you will play a key part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach. Our hotel is situated in a prime beachside location, offering a relaxed atmosphere and stunning ocean views.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To convert reservations into sales opportunities where feasible to meet hotel targets
  • Collaborate closely with other hotel departments, such as Sales & Marketing, Crowne Meetings, and Front Office, to deliver an outstanding guest experience

Requirements:

  • A valid work visa for Australia
  • Minimum 6-12 months of experience in Front Office/Reservations/Customer Service
  • Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Hospitality related fields are preferred
  • Proficiency in Opera Property Management System and integrated Point of Sale and channel management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conflict resolution, fluency in English, and bilingual or multilingual ability
  • Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and ability to collaborate effectively with departments on groups and projects
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow and workload individually and across the team
