Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled reservations professional to oversee and support our reservations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards and procedures are observed.

You will handle all incoming reservations inquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner, taking care to upsell and maximize revenue opportunities. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of special accounts and travel agency statistics, provide sales with accurate account statistics, and solve problems related to systems issues and customer requests.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in hotel reservations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should also be a natural problem solver, able to maintain confidentiality, and enjoy making guests' stays memorable.
