Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and secure cloud architecture on AWS and Azure using tools like Lacework, Mend, and SonarQube for continuous security and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain secure cloud solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and organizational security policies through hands-on implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with other cybersecurity professionals to enhance cloud security practices and defenses.
  • Implement security measures to ensure cloud environments comply with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, SOC2, FedRAMP) and manage associated risks.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery and incident response strategies for cloud environments.
  • Prepare for and address security audits, ensuring cloud environments meet all necessary security standards.
  • Engage with teams to implement secure and scalable cloud solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in cloud security and stay updated on the latest tools and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members in cloud security engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
