We are seeking a highly skilled Automation and Cloud Security Specialist to join our Cyber Security Technology team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
As an Automation and Cloud Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and resilience of our technology platforms. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to privileged access management, proactively transforming and monitoring the platform and systems to ensure optimal resilience and availability, participating in disaster recovery planning and testing, responding to and troubleshooting incidents, mentoring and training other IT professionals, developing and maintaining documentation, and overseeing configurations being deployed into the platform leveraging automation.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Powershell scripting language, experience in AWS Cloud technology, deployment, AMI management, and entitlement management, as well as the ability to articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points. A passion for automation, orchestration, and leaving nothing manual is also essential.
In addition to these skills, we are interested in candidates who have previous experience in developing automation tooling such as Octopus, TeamCity, and Github, knowledge in Privileged Access Management and Cyber Ark, experience in working in an Agile high-paced operations team, Active Directory and Linux/Unix Server Administration experience, and previous experience in managing and maintaining a Microsoft Azure environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
