About This Role
The Training Manager – Instructional System Design (TMI) is responsible for leading the Instructional System Design (ISD) analysis and ADDIE solutions compliant with the System Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) in support of the Training Capability.
This role involves managing coordination and implementation of new platform training support plans, ensuring all staff are inducted and managed under an Instructor Induction Development and Continuation plan as per contractual requirements, and contributing to improving business efficiency in all areas balancing productivity, quality of training delivered, and safety.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in training management systems, ADF desired, and experience operating under an RTO framework. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in education/vocational education or equivalent work experience, and relevant experience in leading large training development, training integration, or engineering products.
