This role is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of non-accredited training programs as required by the national business and individual units.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and update training programs to meet identified needs;
- Work with state or national stakeholders and clients to deliver training programs;
- Implement assessment tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions;
- Collaborate with the business units to ensure training programs meet regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Must hold a TAE40116-Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education;
- Demonstrated experience in developing training and assessment materials;
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
- Well-versed in instructional design and development of high-quality training materials;
- Reliable time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects;
- Good working knowledge of the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) and Standards for Registered Training Organisations;
- Experience in Articulate and Workday is a must.
