This position is designed to deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences for our team members, ensuring they possess the skills necessary to provide outstanding customer service.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to identify and clarify learning requirements, develop learning experiences, and assess the effectiveness of those experiences. Your role will involve translating strategic objectives into innovative learning outcomes, producing materials, tools, and resources to support both facilitated and digital learning methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and clarify learning needs, formulate problem statements, gather insights from the learning audience, establish success criteria, and identify and address any challenges. Designing learning solutions that prioritize human-centered and goal-oriented approaches. Creating learning materials for virtual or in-person instructor-led sessions, eLearning modules, training videos, quick reference guides, and assessment tools. Collecting and analyzing data to inform performance consulting, design, development, and the impact of the learning experiences you oversee. Working alongside a dedicated group of learning professionals to ensure consistent and aligned learning experiences across our ecosystem. Contributing to the ongoing development of guiding principles, learning design standards, implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of instructional and digital learning design frameworks. Proficiency in digital learning tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline, and Studio), Vyond, Camtasia, or similar platforms. Familiarity with emerging technology trends for impactful content creation (e.g., web-based learning platforms, social learning, gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality, and HTML5). Ability to convey complex concepts and processes in clear, simple language and visuals to a diverse range of stakeholders. A growth mindset focused on continuously seeking improvement and integrating best practices in learning and development strategies. Capability to design and develop comprehensive learning experiences that incorporate various delivery methods.
