Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of non-accredited training programs as required by the national business and individual units. These training needs can incorporate initiatives developed for face-to-face or online implementation depending on the requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with state or national stakeholders and clients to design, develop, and update training programs to meet identified needs;
- Proactively incorporate initiatives for face-to-face or online implementation depending on the requirement;
- Implement assessment tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions that effectively contribute to learning and assessment that complies with regulatory standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- Must hold a TAE40116-Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education;
- Demonstrated experience of developing training and assessment materials linked to specific units of competency and qualification;
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail;
- Well-versed in instructional design and development of high-quality, engaging training materials and resources to suit the needs of diverse cohorts, aligned with adult learning principles;
- Reliable time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes;
- Good working knowledge of the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) and Standards for Registered Training Organisations;
- Experience in Articulate and Workday is a must.
