Executive Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned technology and operations leader to join our executive leadership team. As Chief Technology and Operations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee technology strategy, cybersecurity, and change management initiatives.
  • Lead regulatory reporting and compliance with APRA standards (FAR, CPS 230, CPS 234).
  • Manage IT functions, including digital transformation, data governance, and risk management.
  • Chair and contribute to executive-level committees.
  • Supervise service provider performance and outsourced operations.
  • Develop business continuity planning, project delivery, and data engineering practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 15+ years of experience in technology and operations leadership within financial services.
  • A strong understanding of APRA regulatory frameworks and requirements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
